Founder & President: William H. Murphy, III

William Murphy was born in 1973 to the of parents Dr. Carolynne Phillips (15) and William Murphy Jr. (17) in Detroit, Michigan. His parents never married. Mr. Murphy went on to become an international recording artist with hits such as “Praise Is What I Do,” “It’s Working,” and “Everlasting God,” William Murphy is also a servant of God, husband, father, and pastor of The dReam Center Church of Atlanta. The GRAMMY® and Dove Award nominee, and Stellar Award winner is one-third of a lineage of pastors, affectionately known as the Murphy Dynasty, with his grandfather, Dr. William H. Murphy, Sr. and his father, Bishop William H. Murphy, Jr. preceding him with more than 70 years of pastoring combined.

In September of 2020, in memory of his mother, William Murphy founded the “Dr. Carolynne Phillips Foundation”. The foundation was created with caregivers in mind. The Dr. Carolynne Phillips Foundation provides caregivers with resources, services, and monetary donations to assist in caring for their loved ones. William Murphy is committed to helping people “Get It Off Their Chest”!
